Overview Castle Rock Renewable Fuels LLC is a Delaware Limited Liability company organized for the purpose of developing and operating a 50 million gallon per year ethanol production facility in Necedah, WI. Fagen, Inc., of Granite Falls, Minnesota is the design-builder for the plant. ICM, Inc. will provide all process design and engineering services for the construction of the plant. ICM is based in Colwich, Kansas, and has more than 20 years of experience in ethanol plant design, engineering, and operation. Fagen and ICM have worked on 75 percent of the ethanol plants constructed in the U.S. during the past five years. It is expected that the plant will use approximately 19 million bushels of corn and produce approximately 160,000 tons dried distillers grains with solubles or DDGS. The plant is expected to employ 35 full time staff to operate the facility. |
